Master Plans/Facility Plans
Master plan is the vision / outline for the future of the company in Greenfield Sites or Brownfield Sites
Using the present and future planned products as a base, it defines the parameters of the business, i.e. facility, product mix and size, people, costs, inventory, etc. In the past, the typical master plan hasstopped at the factory level. It surely starts there, but our experiences have driven us to include all aspects of a business such as design, engineering, accounting, systems, organization, and other less tangible areas.
It is Continous Improvement...
With business conditions constantly changing, a master plan must be flexible. It is therefore a vision of where the company wants to go that is reviewed and modified over time. As the company responds, it does so within the new philosophy, culture, and goals.
